Lorenz Z2. Our goal at Lorenz is to build a more compact, powerful, and durable metal detector. The DEEPMAX Z2 series of metal detectors is the latest development in the Pulse GBS metal detector line, developed in Germany. It is also likely one of the most sensitive and stable metal detectors available. Deepmax users enjoy a completely new compact coil and a robust electronics design: An all-new anodized aluminum control housing machined from a single piece of aluminum. The latest controllers and analog-to-digital converters are now available with this detector model. The detection range for natural gold and other non-ferrous metal objects has been improved. The differential electromagnetic noise cancellation with a new coil design makes this detector very useful in areas with high interference from power lines. It has also been completely redesigned for greater stability and sensitivity.
