At Discovery King Doom, we are committed to delivering your devices safely and quickly within the UAE and across the GCC and the Middle East, with professional insured packaging befitting the value of the devices. This policy explains coverage areas, timeframes, fees, and receipt procedures.

1. Coverage Areas

We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the rest of the GCC and the Middle East. For other countries, please contact us before ordering to confirm shipping availability, cost, and expected time.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Shipping begins immediately after payment confirmation and completion of order details.
The device reaches you within up to 5 business days inside the UAE.
International shipping may take longer depending on the destination and customs.
All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees & Customs

Shipping fees are calculated by destination and weight and shown clearly before checkout.
Any customs duties or import taxes in the recipient's country are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for knowing customs restrictions on importing detection devices in their country.

4. Shipment Tracking

For online purchases, you can track your shipment directly from your account on the site.
For bank-transfer payments, we send you the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

5. Receipt & Inspection

Please inspect the outer box upon receipt before signing.
Do not accept any damaged or opened parcel from the carrier without documenting it with photos and notifying us immediately.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and contact number; we are not liable for delay or loss caused by incorrect data or failure to respond to the delivery agent.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

In case of unusual delay or loss, contact us immediately and we will follow up with the carrier until the issue is resolved, including compensation or re-shipping if loss is confirmed.

High-value devices are shipped insured and carefully packaged with a security seal; we recommend filming the unboxing to protect your rights in case of any shipping-related damage.
