1. Definitions

• Store / we: Discovery King Doom and its legal owner.
• Customer / user / you: anyone who browses the site or makes a purchase.
• Products: the devices, accessories, and services offered for sale.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You confirm you are [18]+ with full legal capacity, or use the site under a guardian's supervision.
• You undertake to provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering or ordering.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

3. Products & Prices

• We strive to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately; unintentional errors may occur, which we reserve the right to correct.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams, and VAT is indicated on each product page.
• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product without prior notice.
• Images are for illustration and may slightly differ from the actual product.

4. Orders, Payment & Shipping

An order is confirmed after payment is completed and you receive a confirmation message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order upon supplier unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error. Shipping, returns, and warranty are governed by the policies published on the site and form an integral part of these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to its systems.

7. Intellectual Property & Liability

• All site content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
• We provide the site and products as is and as available.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.

8. Force Majeure & Amendments

We are not liable for any delay or breach caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, technical failures, government decisions, disruption of shipping services). We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, effective upon publication, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, with amicable resolution preferred first.
