1. Available Payment Methods
- Visa and Mastercard via a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
- Bank transfer to the company's official account, with an approved invoice detailing the device, components, and serial number.
2. Order Confirmation
- An order is confirmed after the full amount is received and you get a confirmation message.
- For bank payments, order preparation begins after we confirm the transfer has reached our account.
3. Currency, Prices & Tax
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), and whether the price includes VAT is indicated on each individual product page. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price applied is the one approved at the time of order confirmation.
4. Payment Security
Card data is processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways, and we never store your bank card details on our systems. Payments are subject to verification procedures to protect the customer from unauthorized use.
5. Official Bank Account
We only recognize the official bank account stated in the company-approved invoice. Do not rely on any account number received from another source, however official it may appear, and always verify through our official channels before making any transfer.
6. Invoices
We issue an official invoice for every purchase, including the device details and serial number; you are advised to keep it for warranty and return purposes.
