Our devices are sold for lawful detection and prospecting purposes only. It is solely the customer's responsibility to obtain the necessary permits and licenses from the competent authorities in their country or the area where the device is used, and to fully comply with local laws and regulations relating to prospecting, antiquities, and treasures.
2. No Liability for Unlawful Use
Discovery King Doom bears no legal or civil liability for any unlawful use of the device, including prospecting on land without permission, violating antiquities regulations, or any resulting damage or fine.
3. Accuracy of Results
Detection devices are assistive tools, and their results are affected by multiple factors such as soil type, moisture, metallic interference, and user experience. We do not guarantee finding specific targets, nor are we liable for decisions based on device readings, such as digging or investment.
